Sa Casa
Inca
Located in the city of Inca, this three-story single-family home has been designed following the principles of bioclimatic architecture.
On the ground floor, the living area includes a living-dining room with large windows that connect to a private garden, an energy-efficient kitchen, and a study or playroom. The first floor houses three bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, as well as a shared bathroom for the other bedrooms, all with access to balconies.
The second floor is conceived as a multifunctional space with access to a green terrace that integrates an urban garden and a relaxation area.
The house has been constructed using natural and local materials, such as stone and wood, which help regulate indoor temperatures. It is energy self-sufficient thanks to solar panels, a rainwater collection system, and a geothermal installation. In addition, natural insulation and eco-friendly finishes have been prioritized to ensure a healthy and sustainable environment.
This home combines comfort, sustainability, and energy efficiency in an urban and natural setting.
